Relatórios do Projeto

To check your project status, estimate and count the translation costs, keep track of the most active members, and make sure there is no abusive translations and comments in the project use the Reports tab.

For each report, you can select a report unit:

  • Frases
  • Palavras
  • Caracteres sem espaços
  • Caracteres como espaços

Note: For Abuse Reports, the report unit for suggestions is set to strings by default since the whole string, or comment considered as abusive, not each separate word.

To export a generated report to your computer click Export and select the file format you need (CSV or XLSX).

Estado do Projeto

To track the progress in your project, check major activities based on time periods and get a translation forecast.

You can find major statistics regarding your project on the top of the page:

  • Size – the total amount of text in the project
  • Translatable – the amount of text visible for translators
  • Source language – the source language of your project
  • Target languages – number of the target languages in your project
  • Members – number of project participants
  • Managers – number of project managers
  • Hidden – the amount of text hidden from translators. Owner and managers can see them
  • Duplicates – the amount of text in strings repeating within the project

Verificação de Atividades

You can check activities based on four time periods: day, week, month and year. Comparisons shown in percentage are counted by comparing the chosen period of time to the same previous period of time (for example if you select a month, the current month would be compared to the previous one).

Atividade de Tradução

This chart shows the total amount of text translated, text translated by Translation Memory and text translated by Machine Translations for all languages. To check the text translated for each language separately, click the expand arrow.

Atividade de Revisão

This chart shows the total amount of text approved and votes made for all languages. To check the text approved and votes made for each language separately, click the expand arrow.

Atividade das Frases de Origem

This chart shows the total amount of source text added and removed.

Translation Forecast

To plan the overall translation process check the Translation Forecast, which is based on the project activity for the last 14 days. Сhart shows an approximate time, up to which specific language is expected to be translated if the current tempo is preserved.

Costs Estimation

To plan your budget count the approximate cost of translations. Costs Estimation allows you to set the translation rates and see the approximate cost for translation of currently untranslated strings in the project.

Note: Final translation costs might differ due to various factors such as added or deleted texts, two people translating the same string into the same language (they will be both counted in the translation costs) and others.

Geração de um Relatório

To generate the estimated cost report, follow these steps:

  1. Select the currency you need and the report unit.
  2. Define as tuas taxas para tradutores e revisores.
  3. Select the target language you are counting these rates for and a time period during which the source text was modified or added to your project.
  4. Clica Gerar.
Note: Rates are automatically saved after you click Generate.

Relatório de Modo Simples

This mode is used by default and allows you to count estimated translation and proofreading costs.

Podes definir as seguintes taxas:

  • Default – suggested translations. If the string has several translations made by the same person, only one of them will be counted. If the string has several suggestions made by different people, each of them will be counted.
  • TM Match – translations made with the help of Perfect TM Match (text units are identical as well as the context) or 100% (text units are identical, but the context is not). Repetitions would be counted at the rate you set for TM matches.
  • Approval – approved translations.

When the report is generated, you’ll be able to see:

  • O custo para tradução e revisão
  • The amount of untranslated, having no match (untranslated with no TM match and repetitions), possible TM match, repetitions (Perfect and 100% matches found among the untranslated strings, that potentially can be added to TM) and not approved text
  • Table with the list of untranslated and not approved files in the project. With columns that include the amount of untranslated, not approved, having 100% TM Match text and repetitions in each file listed

Relatório de Modo de Correspondência da MT Difusa

This mode allows you to set rates for translations with Translation Memory match suggestions of different similarity percentage.

Podes definir as seguintes taxas:

  • Translation – suggested translations. If the string has several translations made by the same person, only one of them will be counted. If the string has several suggestions made by different people, each of them will be counted.
  • Translation with Match from Translation Memory – translations made with the help of Perfect TM Match (text units are identical as well as the context), 100% (text units are identical, but the context is not) and other text similarity percentage of TM matches. Repetitions would be counted at the rate you set for 100% TM matches.
  • Approval – approved translations.

To adjust the range of text similarity percentage, click on the default percentage and apply the range you need.

  • Table with the listed amount of Perfect, 100% and three other ranges or similarity percentage of TM matches found within the project
  • Table with the list of untranslated and not approved files in the project. Table with the list of untranslated and not approved files in the project.

Calcular Correspondências Internas Difusas

To get a more deliberate report that includes a prediction of internal fuzzy matches, select Calculate Internal Fuzzy Matches.

This way all the internal matches would be counted, to check how many strings can be added to TM if the strings are translated one by one as listed. Tem atenção, que os cálculos são aproximados, porque as frases podem ser traduzidas numa ordem diferente.

Note: Repetitions would be counted at the rates you set for the Translation with TM match suggestion.

When the report is generated, you’ll be able to see:

  • O custo para tradução e revisão
  • A quantidade de não traduzidas, sem correspondência (não traduzidas, sem correspondência MT e interna), correspondência MT possível, correspondência interna (as frases podem ser adicionadas à MT, se elas forem traduzidas, uma a uma, como listada) e texto não aprovado
  • Tabela com a quantidade listada de Correspondências de MT e Internas de percentam de similaridade, diferentes dentro das frases no projeto
  • Table with the list of untranslated and unapproved files in the project. Сolumns include the amount of untranslated, unapproved, having TM Match and Internal Match text in each file listed

Adicionar Taxas Individuais

You can create regular rates for one or all the target languages you are translating into, or you can add individual rates for some specific languages. To add individual rates, click Add Rates.

To select the language or languages for individual rates, click Edit Languages and then mark the ones you need. You can create as many individual rates as you need.

Custos de Tradução

To pay your translators and proofreaders calculate the real translation costs.

Geração de um Relatório

If you select this checkbox, all the translations and approvals made will be displayed, but the costs will be calculated based on the role of the project member. Which means that costs for translations are calculated only for translators, costs for approvals – only for proofreaders.
Note: Contributions of the project members who are currently blocked, or with no access to the language are also listed, but not included in the cost.
    1. Select the period during which translations and approves were made in your project.
  4. Select whether you want to group the report by a language or by a member.
  5. Clica Gerar.
Note: Rates are automatically saved after you click Generate.

Melhores Membros

To see who contributed the most to your project’s translation, generate a list of translators based on time periods.

Geração duma Lista dos Melhores Membros

To generate a list of top members, set a time period for which you want to see the activity of translators and the report unit. Quando defines os parâmetros, clica em Gerar para ver a lista. Por padrão, a lista deve incluir os tradutores para todos os idiomas. To make a list of translators for a specific language select the language you need from the drop-down menu above the list. To find a specific member use the search field next to the drop-down menu. To open the member’s profile page, double-click on the name.

A lista tem as seguintes colunas:

  • Name – translator full name and username
  • Languages – project languages
  • Translated – the amount of translated source content
  • Target Words – the amount of translated target content.
This parameter is not available for strings report unit, because the amount of source and translated strings is always the same
  • Approved – the amount of approved content
  • Voted – the number of votes a translator made
  • ”+” votes received – the number of upvotes a translator received for translations
  • ”-“ votes received – the number of downvotes a translator received for translations
  • Winning – the number of approvals a translator received for translations

To show or hide some columns, click on the top-right side of the table and select the preferred ones.
