Report progetto

Per verificare lo stato del tuo progetto, stimare e contare i costi di traduzione, tenere traccia dei membri più attivi e assicurarti che non vi siano traduzioni e commenti offensivi, apri il tuo progetto e vai alla scheda Rapporti.

Per ogni rapporto, puoi selezionare un’unità di rapporto:

• Stringhe
• Parole
• Caratteri senza spazi
• Caratteri con spazi

Per esportare un rapporto generato sulla tua macchina, clicca Esporta e seleziona il formato del file che necessiti (XLSX, CSV o JSON).

Stato del progetto

Per tracciare i progressi nel tuo progetto, controlla le attività principali a seconda dei periodi di tempo e ottieni una previsione della traduzione.

Puoi trovare le statistiche principali relative al tuo progetto in cima alla pagina:

• Dimensioni – la quantità totale di testo nel progetto.
• Traducibile – la quandità di testo visibile ai traduttori.
• Lingua d’origine – la lingua d’origine del tuo progetto.
• Lingue di destinazione – numero di lingue di destinazione nel tuo progetto.
• Membri – numero di partecipanti al progetto.
• Gestori – numero di gestori del progetto.
• Nascosto – la quantità di testo nascosto dai traduttori. Il proprietario e i gestori possono vederlo.
• Duplicati – la quantità di testo nelle stringhe ripetuta nel progetto.

Controllare le Attività

Puoi verificare le attività a seconda di quattro periodi di tempo: giorno, settimana, mese e anno. I confronti mostrati in percentuale sono conteggiati confrontando il periodo di tempo scelto allo stesso periodo di tempo precedente (es., se selezioni un mese, quello corrente sarà confrontato al precedente).

Attività di Traduzione

Questo grafico mostra la quantità totale di testo tradotto dai traduttori, con la Memoria di Traduzione e coi motori di Traduzione Automatica per tutte le lingue. To check the text translated for each language separately, click the expand arrow next to the chart name.

Attività di revisione

Previsione della Traduzione

The translation forecast section allows you to better plan the overall translation process. The report is based on the project activity for the last 14 days, and it is most useful in case there is more or less steady progress done each day. The line ending on the chart indicates an approximate time the specific language translation may be completed.

Stima dei Costi

Use this report to plan your budget and count the approximate cost of translations. Set the translation and approval rates to see the cost for untranslated and not approved strings in the project.

Generare una Segnalazione

To generate the Cost Estimate report, follow these steps:

1. Select the currency you need and the report unit.
2. Set your rates for translations and approvals.
3. Select the target language you are counting these rates for, a time period during which the source text was modified or added to your project, needed source files, and labels. You can use either General Filter or Task Filter to generate a report based on work to be done within a specific task.
4. Clicca Genera.

Rate Templates

If you plan to work with multiple rate configurations, save them as templates by clicking Save as > New rates template, then specify the template name and click Save. With saved templates, you’ll be able to quickly switch between different configurations for report generation.

Modalità di Segnalazione Semplice

This mode is used by default and allows you to count estimated translation and proofreading costs.

Repetitions are counted at the rate you set for TM matches.
• Approval – for each approved translation.

When the report is generated, you’ll be able to see:

This mode allows you to set rates for translations with Translation Memory match suggestions of different similarity percentages.

• Translation (with match from Translation Memory) – for translations made using Translation Memory suggestions with Perfect (source strings are identical to TM suggestion by text and context), 100% (source strings are identical to TM suggestion only by text), and other text similarity percentage of TM matches. Repetitions are counted at the rate you set for 100% TM matches.
• Approval – for each approved translation.

To adjust the range of text similarity percentage, click on the default percentage and apply the range you need.

When the report is generated, you’ll be able to see:

Calcola Corrispondenze Interne Sfocate

Internal Fuzzy Matches - Fuzzy TM matches found among the untranslated strings, that potentially can be added to TM. For example, if the first string in the file is Validate your username, and the last one is Validate your username again there will be an internal fuzzy match.

To get a more deliberate report that includes a prediction of internal fuzzy matches, select Calculate Internal Fuzzy Matches.

This way, all the internal matches would be counted to check how many strings can be added to TM if the strings are translated one by one as listed. Keep in mind that calculations are approximate because strings might be translated in a different order.

When the report is generated, you’ll be able to see:

Aggiungere Tassi Individuali

You can create regular rates for one or all the target languages you are translating into, or add individual rates for some specific languages. To add individual rates, click Add Rates.

To select the language or languages for individual rates, click Edit Languages and mark the ones you need. You can create as many individual rates as you need.

Use this report to calculate actual translation cost to pay translators and proofreaders.

Generare una Segnalazione

To generate the Translation Cost report, follow these steps:

1. Select the currency and the report unit.
2. Set your rates for translations and approvals.
3. Select whether to calculate costs based on the project member’s role. If you select this checkbox, all the translations and approvals made will be displayed, but the costs will be calculated based on the role of the project member, which means that costs for translations are calculated only for translators, costs for approvals – only for proofreaders.
   Note: Contributions of the project members who are currently blocked or with no access to the language are also listed but not included in the cost.
4. Select the period during which translations and approvals were made in your project, group the report by language or by a member, select specific member of all members, and select needed source files. You can use either General Filter or Task Filter to generate a report based on work done within a specific task.
5. Clicca Genera.

• Costs: total and separate for each translator (for all contributions, contributions to a specific language, distinguished for translated and approved text by a member), and the amount of savings for translations made with TM suggestions.

Aggiungere Tassi Individuali

You can create regular rates for one or all the target languages you are translating into, or add individual rates for some specific languages. To select the language or languages for Individual Rates, click Edit Languages and then mark the ones you need.

To see who contributed the most to your project’s translation, generate a list of top members.

Generare una Lista di Membri Migliori

Per generare un elenco di membri migliori, imposta un periodo di tempo per cui vuoi voler vedere l’attività dei traduttori e l’unità di rapporto. Quando imposti i parametri, clicca Genera per visualizzare l’elenco. By default, the list would include translators for all languages. Per creare un elenco di traduttori per una lingua specifica, seleziona la lingua necessaria dal menu a tendina sull’elenco. To find a specific member, use the search field next to the drop-down menu. To open the member’s profile page, double-click on the name.

L’elenco ha le seguenti colonne:

• Name – translator full name and username.
• Languages – project languages.
• Translated – the amount of translated source content.
• Target Words – the amount of translated target content.
  This parameter is not available for the strings report unit because the amount of source and translated strings is always the same.
• Approved – the amount of approved content.
• Voted – the number of votes a translator made.
• ”+” votes received – the number of upvotes a translator received for translations.
• ”-“ votes received – the number of downvotes a translator received for translations.
• Winning – the number of approvals a translator received for translations.
• Joined – the date a member joined a project.

To show or hide some columns, click on the top-right side of the table and select the preferred ones.

Segnalazione Abusi

Per assicurare traduzioni appropriate, assicurati di eliminare commenti e traduzioni suggerite offensivi.

Visualizzazione Abuso Segnalato

Puoi visualizzare l’abuso segnalato in due modi:

• Abuse authors – people who suggested abusive translations or comments.
• Abuse reporters – people who reported abusive translations or comments.

Le stringhe segnalate saranno elencate nella tabella sotto. You would be able to Delete those suggestions and comments or mark them as Not Abuse. If you are not sure what to do with those strings, you can open them in the editor to see the additional context.

Bloccare Autori d’Abusi

Per bloccare persone che lasciano commenti o traduzioni offensive, segui questi passaggi:

1. Open their profile with a double-click on their name in the list of translators.
2. Switch their role to Blocked.

Una volta fatto ciò, il traduttore bloccato non accederà al progetto né effettuerà alcun contributo.
