Inviting Project Participants

You can manage the project participants in the Translators tab on the Project Settings page. Project managers, translators and proofreaders can be a part of your team.

  • Managers have the same rights as the project owner, except deleting a project.
  • Translators can either add translations or vote for existing ones made by other users.
  • Proofreaders approve translations, however they might translate as well.

If an option Limited Access to the Languages is enabled, you can invite translators or proofreaders to the specific languages. See Advanced Project Setup for more information.

There are three main methods of involving participants to the project with the Invite People button. In each case, select a role and a language (limited language access policy).

  1. Copy generated link
  2. Share copied link with your team

Email Invitation

  1. Click Share via Email or Social Media
  2. Specify emails or Crowdin login names of your team
  3. Customize a message that your team will receive
  4. Click Invite

Social Media Invitation

  1. Click Share via Email or Social Media
  2. Open the Social Media Invitation tab
  3. Customize a message that your team will receive
  4. Choose the preferred social media network

Also, you can cooperate with professional translation agencies. For this, click the Vendors Marketplace button or go to the Vendors tab.
