Invite people to your Organization once and then just add them to your projects, groups or assign to workflow steps by choosing organization members from a drop-down list. Assign project members with manager permissions to give more authority to manage an organization, group, or project on their level.
Workflow is a sequence of steps that content in your project should go through, like translation or proofreading. You can use unlimited workflow steps that can be connected both in parallel or subsequently. Customize your workflows, set up separate rules and permissions for each workflow step to automate content flow. Each step can have different target languages and assignees.
Work with external translation agencies or provide your own translation services
Each Organization can be a Vendor and a Client simultaneously. Vendor - Organization providing professional translation services, Client - Organization sharing a secured copy of shared projects or workflow steps that require some action, like translation or proofreading. Each Organization looks the same and has access to the same features. It’s optional to work with a Vendor organization, all the translations can be done within your organization as well.
Leverage several Machine Translation engines at the same time
You can configure and assign multiple MT engines simultaneously to the same project and thus the same files. This is helpful in different cases, for example, when you’d prefer to translate different languages with different MT engines. Currently, you can connect the following ones: Microsoft Translator, Yandex.Translate, DeepL Translator, Watson (IBM) Translator, Amazon Translate, Google Translate.
