Integrate your Crowdin projects with One Hour Translation (OHT) agency and allow OHT translators to work with translation files in Crowdin Editor.
The integration provides:
You need to have a Customer account in OHT to enable integration and sufficient Credit Balance so you can use OHT translation services. Register at OneHourTranslation if you don’t have an account yet.
Follow these steps to establish the connection:
To send the localization content to OHT you need to create tasks in Crowdin project. Follow these step by step instructions for task creation:
In case you change the task’s name or description or update the files selected for the existing task, it won’t be re-synchronized with OHT.
After you create a task it’s sent to OHT automatically and becomes visible to OHT translators in Open Projects tab. OHT translator will need to Start Project and then click Join link to access Crowdin Editor.
A translator will be logged in Crowdin with OHT profile data to work on content localization. As soon as translation starts the related task in Crowdin will automatically move to In Progress status. And when the translations are finished (marked Completed on OHT side) task will gain Done status in Crowdin.
If you need to add additional details to an already created task, you can add Comments.
Comments are synchronized with OHT so that a translator can see them in the Customer Discussion section and reply if needed. Translator messages left in the Customer Discussion section in OHT project are also automatically sent to Crowdin and shown in the Comments section inside the Crowdin task.
Access integration by opening project Settings and go to Vendors > One Hour Translation. You can Switch Account or Disconnect Account if necessary.
