Assigning Managers to Several Projects

If you want to add a new manager to your projects:

  1. Click Resources in the header
  2. Select Managers from the drop-down list
  3. Click Add Manager
  4. In the pop-up window, enter user’s email or username
  5. Select projects which you want to assign to that manager. Optionally, you can grant access to TMs and Glossaries.
  6. Click Add

Advanced Management Feature (Organization Plans)

There is a possibility to allow user to create projects on behalf of your account. This person will be automatically assigned as a manager of all newly created projects.

To enable this feature, check the appropriate option in the Add Manager (Edit Permissions) pop-up:
